Here, undergraduate degree programs are offered to Panama City-Bay County area residents in 19 fields. Master degree offerings cover 11 different fields from business to psychology. On lower levels, Bay County has an outstanding public school system. It employs over 3,000 people including 1,600 certified teachers and administrators. All teachers have Bachelors degrees and more than 35% have higher degrees.
